* Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 small onions, minced
    1/2 c. fine soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl until blended.
    Place the remaining ingredients and 1 cup of the sauce mixture in a large bowl.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Place meat mixture in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf.
    Pour 1/4 cup of the sauce over the top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, basting with the remainder of the sauce.
    Serves 8 to 10.
