Chicken With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken thighs, skinned (or pieces)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    onion powder
    black pepper
    mushroom soy sauce or regular soy sauce
    Pam
    skim milk
    water
Preparation
    Sprinkle each piece of chicken with onion powder, pepper and soy sauce.
    Fry chicken in pan on medium heat (spray pan with Pam) until brown, approximately 15 minutes each side.
    If chicken seems too dry, add 1/4 cup water and soy sauce.
    Mix soup with 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can water.
    Add to chicken.
    Simmer over low-medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
