Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c cold water
    1/3 c mayonnaise
    1 c whipping cream, whipped
    1 c drained pineapple chunks
    1 c sliced bananas
    1 c cut up orange
    1/2 c halved maraschino cherries, dates, nuts or a combination
    2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over hot water. Blend into mayonnaise and whipped cream. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into refrigerator tray; freeze until firm. 8 servings.
