Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. (1 can) pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Add eggs and milk and mix.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    When knife comes out clean from center of pie, it is done.
