Orange Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boneless, skinned breasts
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
    Saute chicken and onion with butter for 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add orange sections. Serve while hot over white rice.
