Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. broccoli, cooked and chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    rice (optional)
    ground meat (beef, sausage or turkey; optional)
Preparation
    Fix broccoli according to package directions; drain.
    Mix egg, mayonnaise and soup.
    Add to broccoli.
    Mix in cheese and optional items.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling noted.
    Use 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
