Travichi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. fish (bass fillets), diced in small cubes
1 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
2 bell peppers, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
3 to 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
3 medium onions, finely chopped
large bottle green olives, chopped
1 jar jalapeno peppers (hot), chopped
1 c. catsup
lemon pepper
salt and pepper
marinade
Preparation

Marinate fish 3 hours in ReaLemon, salt, pepper and marinade. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours. Serve on crackers. Servings: 1 gallon.
