Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Olive Oil or 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp Butter
    1-2 Sliced Onions
    1 Split Clove Garlic
    1/2 - 1 lb Ground Beef or 1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
    1/2 lb Sliced Mushrooms
    1 6 oz. Can Tomato PAste
    2 (1/2 c.) Tomato Juice
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Oregano, Basil, and Parsley to taste
Preparation
    1. Saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in oil. Cook until onion is golden.
    2. Add ground beef, cook and stir for 5 minutes.
    3. Add tomato paste, tomato juice, sugar, and seasonings.
    Simmer for at least 1 hour.
    4. Add water as needed but the sauce should be thick and
    smooth.
