Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. liquid (juice of pineapple and milk to make 1 c.)
    4 c. bread cubes
Preparation
    Cream margarine, eggs and sugar together, then (in mixer) add gradually the pineapple, vanilla and bread cubes.
    Mix all together with juice and milk gradually.
    Put in greased casserole. Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
