Cranberry-Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (12 oz.)
    2 small pears, pared, cored and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. chopped spinach onions
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. pickling spice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine the cranberries, pears, onion, vinegar and pickling spice in a 9-inch microwave plate.
    Cover and microwave on High power for 9 minutes, stirring twice.
    Uncover.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Let cool and divide among 4 (6 ounce) jars.
    Cover and chill.
