Easy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    4 Tbsp. raw rice
    1/3 c. sugar
    small piece of butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. seedless raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine in buttered bowl the milk, rice, sugar and butter. Cook very slowly at least 2 hours at 325\u00b0 in oven.
    Stir pudding down every half hour while it is baking.
    Add salt.
    Add raisins and nutmeg and bake another half hour.
    Pudding thickens after removing from oven.
