Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/4 C shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    4 Tbsp very cold water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Mix egg, vinegar and water together and add to flour/shortening mixture.
    Mix altogether.
    Makes 3-4 nine inch crusts.
