Zucchini With Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. oil
    8 oz. can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    4 zucchini
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel and finely chop onion.
    Peel and crush garlic.
    Heat butter and 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and fry onion and garlic until transparent.
    Drain tomatoes.
    Add to pan with basil and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.
    Puree mixture in a blender or food processor.
