Holiday Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. unpeeled potatoes, cooked and drained
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove skin from potatoes; shred into bowl.
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Remove from heat, stir in soup and sour cream.
    Pour over potatoes and cheese; mix well.
    Turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
