Weight Watcher'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
2 c. crushed pineapple (canned in its own juice)
1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tsp. lemon juice
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of the water over low heat.
Put into blender.
Add rest of the ingredients and blend well.
Pour into 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and refrigerate until set.
Cut pie into 4 pieces.
Counts as 1 fruit and 1 milk.
