Baked Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can salmon
1/2 green pepper
1 medium onion
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 whole eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. toasted crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Open can; drain off stock and save it for use for basting. Remove all bones and skim from salmon.
Cut onion and green pepper in small pieces.
Beat eggs and all ingredients and mix well. Pour in baking dish.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes. Uncover and brown.
Remove from oven and pour the drained stock over the salmon.
Serves 2 to 4.
