California Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen California blend vegetables
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and cut
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 can Green Giant Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    these
    ingredients together except butter and crackers.
    Put
    in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Use 1 (one)
    stack Ritz crackers and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
