Homemade Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. quick salt (can be purchased at feed store)
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cracked black pepper
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. peppercorns
Preparation
    Mix with hand; roll into 2 rolls.
    Wrap rolls in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours in shallow pan at 300\u00b0. Turn 1 time to brown evenly.
    Cool on rack.
