Grandma'S Apple-Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
1 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks, well beaten
2/3 c. sugar
1 lemon rind, grated
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and put in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
Beat egg whites until peaks form.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.
Beat until stiff; spread on pie and bake until brown.
