Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 lb. mushroom slices
    1/2 green pepper, cut up (about 3/4-inch pieces)
    1 small Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    about 1 lb. chicken meat, cooked and cubed
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and green pepper.
    Add soup, tomato and chicken; heat.
    When hot, at last minute add cream cheese and sour cream.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
