Gramma Swearinger'S Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine egg, salt and milk; add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Roll very thin on floured surface and let stand for 20 minutes.
    Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick; spread out the noodles and let dry for 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling soup, broth or salted water.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
