Handy Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of celery soup
    1 to 2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 soup cans water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Turn into buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Stir several times during baking.
