Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dark Karo syrup
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    This will keep refrigerated 10 days.
    Bake in muffin tins in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes as needed.
