Summer Squash Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 or 3 small zucchini or yellow squash
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing mix according to instructions on box.
    Place in 9-inch pie plate or shallow casserole dish.
    Slice squash in 1/4-inch slices and place on top of stuffing in wreath design. Heat soup with 1/3 cup water.
    Pour over stuffing and squash. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    May garnish with chopped parsley or fresh tomatoes to serve.
