Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar; add flour, pecans and vanilla. Make into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheets and roll in powdered sugar.
Let cool and roll in sugar again.
(I find a Ziploc bag works real well.)
