Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    12 oz. jar peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In electric skillet, combine sugar, margarine and milk.
    Set heat at 280\u00b0.
    Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn off heat.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until all ingredients are melted and blended.
    Pour into 8 x 9-inch buttered pan.
    Cool and cut.
