Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. bananas
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put milk, egg yolks and sugar in top of double boiler.
    Add flour and vanilla.
    Cook, stirring until thickens.
    Cut bananas. Line bowl with wafers and bananas; pour mixture over wafers and bananas.
    Repeat 3 times.
    Top with icing if desired.
