Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, salt and 1 cup pecans.
Chill thoroughly.
Form into 1 large or 2 small balls. Coat with remaining pecans.
Chill.
Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
