Freezer Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries
    4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) box powdered pectin
Preparation
    Measure berries in a large pot.
    Mix sugar in fruit and let set 10 minutes.
    Mix water and pectin.
    Pour over berries.
    Stir well.
    Pour in jars and seal.
    Let stand at room temperature until set up (about 24 hours).
    Put in freezer.
