Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream
2 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve 2 packages jello in boiling water.
Soften cream cheese with juice from pineapple.
Add pineapple, pecans and cream mixture to cooled jello mixture.
Fold in whipping cream; chill for several hours or overnight.
