Crab Meat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 pt. half and half
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. fresh crab meat
    7 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until soft.
    Add flour and blend, then add milk and blend.
    Remove from
    heat and add egg yolk, crab meat, salt and pepper (dash) and grated cheese. Place in casserole, top with grated cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
