Carrot-Cabbage Slaw(Diet Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 small onion
    2 celery stalks
    2 carrots
    1 pkg. Sweet N' Low
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and carrots.
    Finely chop onion and celery.
    Mix together in a large bowl.
    In separate bowl mix together Sweet N' Low, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Pour over shredded vegetables and refrigerate.
    Yields 10 servings.
