Cinnamon Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. brandy extract
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1 large tart green apple, cubed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine juice, cinnamon and brandy extract; blend well.
    Add fruits and toss gently.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Stir before serving.
