Broccoli Rice Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked frozen broccoli
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet or saucepan.
    Saute onion and celery in butter until clear.
    Add broccoli, soup, Cheez Whiz, drained water chestnuts and rice and mix thoroughly.
