Cashew Pimiento "Cheese" Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. clean, raw cashews
    4 oz. jar pimientos
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Blend cashews with about 1 cup of water until very smooth. Add remaining water and other ingredients and continue blending until smooth.
    Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pour.
