Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained peas
2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown beef with onion.
Drain fat.
Grease 2-quart casserole or large pie pan.
Add soup, meat and peas.
Mix well.
Beat mashed potatoes with egg.
Spread evenly over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can be doubled and put in 8 x 12-inch cake pan.
