Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the order given.
    Makes 2 layer pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Batter is thin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
