Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. lemon peel
    1 1/2 tsp. orange peel
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs plus 2 yolks
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix cheese, sugar, flour, peels and vanilla at high speed until smooth.
    Beat in eggs and yolks one at a time, scraping bowl often.
    Add heavy cream and blend well.
    Bake in lower oven at 250\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean.
    Use a graham cracker crust and your favorite topping.
