Cranberry-Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw cranberries
2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
pastry dough
Preparation

Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, water and tapioca.
Cook on medium, stirring constantly about 10 minutes.
Cool.
Line 9-inch pie pan with half of the pastry dough.
Add filling; top with remaining pastry (lattice work top looks great).
Cut slashes in center.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake an additional 20 minutes.
