Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (not margarine)
1/2 c. flour (more or less, depending on how thick you like your soup)
2 c. milk
14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
3/4 c. beer
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated or chopped
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
seasoning salt to taste
Preparation

Melt butter.
Whisk in flour constantly, about 5 minutes.
Add other ingredients, whisking occasionally until cheese is melted.
