Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. black molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Bake very slowly in large pan for about 40 to 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
