Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can whole tomatoes (undrained)
    1 can kidney beans (undrained)
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
Preparation
    Heat oil in Dutch oven.
    Coat chicken with flour.
    Cook in oil over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until brown; drain.
