Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    crushed Ritz cheese crackers
    butter
    1 onion, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine eggs, soup, cheese and mayonnaise; fold in broccoli.
    Pour into casserole; cover with crackers.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
