Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter (not oleo)
2 c. plain flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
ReaLemon juice
Preparation

Skoosh up bananas well with fork and set aside.
Cream sugar and butter together.
Mix in eggs and bananas.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda together.
Add to banana mixture.
Mix well.
Add pecans and mix well.
Add a few squirts of ReaLemon juice.
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
