Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. olive oil
1 c. broccoli florets
2 medium tomatoes, chopped, or 1/2 c. chopped canned tomatoes
1/2 c. yellow squash, cut
1/2 c. carrots, cut
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. low salt chicken broth
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. pasta, cooked
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In skillet, heat oil.
Add broccoli, tomatoes, squash, carrots and garlic.
Cook on medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes.
Add broth, parsley and basil.
Reduce heat and cover.
Cook on low heat about 5 minutes.
Add pasta.
Sprinkle with cheese.
