Orange And Basil Marinated Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed thinly sliced basil leaves
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 (12 oz.) 3/4-inch thick swordfish steaks
    4 1/2-inch thick orange slices
    olive oil
    fresh basil sprigs
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large baking dish.
    Add fish to dish, turning to coat with marinade.
    Marinate 30 minutes to an hour in refrigerator.
