Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. powdered mustard
Preparation

Mix the first four ingredients.
Boil water and 1 cup sugar together, then cool.
Pour over sauerkraut mixture.
Let it set overnight.
Drain.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over sauerkraut.
