Fried Pork Chops In Smothered Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chops pork chops
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Heat a large fry pan.
    Coat chops with 1st egg, then flour. After adding salt and pepper to naked pork chops, sprinkle with garlic salt.
    When coated with egg and flour, place in fry pan on medium heat.
    Fry for 4 minutes on each side or until brown and juicy.
    Fry onion until yellow with garlic salt.
    Place over chops and cook 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
