Peppered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. round steak
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 large bell pepper
Preparation

Cut steak into bite-size pieces.
Cook in skillet with a little oil until tender.
Add a small amount of water to make gravy.
Add onion mix and sliced peppers.
Let simmer about 15 minutes.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
