Apple Pie, Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. cold vegetable shortening
3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Place flour, sugar and salt in bowl and mix.
Add butter and shortening.
Mix until it resembles a coarse meal.
Slowly add water and mix until it comes together.
Gently press dough into a ball.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out dough on lightly floured surface and fix into 9-inch pie plate.
